the front desk staff was attentive upon my arrival. i was promptly acknowledged with no delay. i received information about the hotel's amenities after i checked in. the hotel provided help with a phone charger i needed.

the hotel restaurant made it difficult to get a drink. as a guest, i felt i should have had better access to the bar.

The location was excellent. I found easy access to attractions. The staff provided a bottle of champagne since it was my birthday (a nice touch).

Sound insulation proved inadequate. The noISE from outside disturbed sleep. the glass bathroom door lacked privacy, which I considered HORRIBLE.

i found the hotel's proximity to playa de la malagueta very convenient as it took only four minutes to walk there. the staff members were friendly and always ready to help. my room felt spacious and had a balcony which added to the experience. i thought the breakfast was also very good.

traffic noise from the street was quite audible even on the eleventh floor making it hard to fall asleep.
